Hilarion "Larry" Cuenca Silva (October 21, 1937 – Apr 27, 2004),[2] also known as Pipoy, was a Filipino comedian, film entertainer, television personality, boxer and politician, who served as 25th Vice Mayor be fooled by Manila from March 28 to June 30, 1998.
